These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of the services provided by Perth Real Estate Marketing Co. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Perth Real Estate Marketing Co provides a full lead generation and nurture system for real estate agents. This includes Facebook and Instagram ad management, automated lead follow-up sequences, and appointment booking automation — all built and managed for you. Instagram advertising and Instagram DM automation are available on the Ultimate Transformation Package only.
Pricing
We offer three packages: Minimum Package (setup $997, then $2,497 AUD/month), Growth Package (setup $1,497, then $4,497 AUD/month), and Ultimate Transformation Package (setup $1,997, then $6,997 AUD/month). All prices in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Payment
Your first month is billed at the reduced introductory rate shown at checkout. Ongoing monthly fees are then billed automatically via Stripe. We do not store card details. If a payment fails or becomes overdue, you have 14 days to resolve the outstanding balance. If payment is not received within that time, all services will be suspended until the account is brought up to date.
Minimum Commitment
All packages require a minimum two-month commitment — your setup month plus one full service month. This is not a lock-in contract beyond that period. The two-month minimum exists because the Meta Pixel requires time to gather data before campaigns can optimise effectively. After the minimum period, you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to hyrum@perthrealestatemarketing.com.
Founding Client Agreement
Founding clients who signed using the RESERVE promo code receive a permanent $1,000 per month discount off their monthly retainer — for the entire duration of their engagement. At the Minimum Package, this means $1,497/month instead of $2,497/month. If a founding client upgrades to the Growth Package, the discount carries forward — they pay $3,497/month instead of $4,497/month. This discount is locked in for life and does not expire. This offer is strictly limited and will not be extended once filled. In exchange, founding clients agree to provide the following within 60 days of their campaign going live: a Google review of Perth Real Estate Marketing Co, a written testimonial about their experience, a video testimonial of 60 to 90 seconds recorded on their phone, and permission for Perth Real Estate Marketing Co to display their agency logo on our website and marketing materials. Founding clients are subject to a three-month minimum commitment. Failure to provide the above does not affect payment obligations.
Setup and Delivery
Your system — including automations, workflows, CRM, and booking setup — will be built and delivered within 5 business days of receiving Facebook Business Manager access. The clock starts when we have everything we need from you. Ad campaigns cannot go live until your Facebook Business Page, Ad Account, and partner access are set up correctly on your end. Perth Real Estate Marketing Co is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or delayed Facebook setup. The 5 business day delivery guarantee applies to your system build only.
Facebook and Meta Account Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for maintaining their Facebook and Meta advertising accounts in good standing. If the Client's ad account is restricted, suspended, or permanently disabled by Meta for any reason — including prior violations, payment issues, or policy breaches — Perth Real Estate Marketing Co is not liable for any resulting interruption to ad delivery. Monthly fees continue during any period of account suspension. If a new ad account is required, the Client is responsible for creating and funding it. Perth Real Estate Marketing Co will reconnect the new ad account to the Client's system at no additional charge.
Cancellation
After your minimum commitment period, cancel any time by emailing hyrum@perthrealestatemarketing.com with 30 days written notice. No exit fees apply beyond the minimum commitment period.
Refunds
Monthly fees paid are non-refundable for the current billing period. Nothing limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate onboarding information. Notify us of any changes to your services, pricing, or service areas.
Our Responsibilities
We will build and maintain your services as described. Update requests are responded to within 2 business days. Complex build requests may require additional time, which will be communicated to the Client upon receipt.
Limitation of Liability
Perth Real Estate Marketing Co is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Total liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
Systems built by Perth Real Estate Marketing Co remain our intellectual property until all fees are paid. Upon cancellation you retain rights to your business data.
Non-Disparagement
The Client agrees not to make, publish, or communicate any false, misleading, or disparaging statements about Perth Real Estate Marketing Co, its services, staff, or reputation — whether publicly (including on social media, Google, or review platforms) or privately to third parties. This clause does not prevent the Client from raising genuine concerns directly with Perth Real Estate Marketing Co or from making truthful statements in legal proceedings.
Results Disclaimer
Lead generation results depend on factors outside Perth Real Estate Marketing Co's control, including the Client's responsiveness to leads, sales ability, follow-up process, pricing, and local market conditions. Perth Real Estate Marketing Co is responsible for delivering lead generation campaigns, automation systems, and CRM setup as described in the selected package. Conversion of leads into listings or sales is the sole responsibility of the Client. No specific volume of leads or sales outcomes is guaranteed.
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
